Bug: Fix app.py.... #22

So that:

  1. The whisper model is pre-set,
  2. Offset is always '0:00',
  3. The API designation functionality works reliably.
  4. The API designation is set to HF by default
  5. Figure out how to change the ugly pink button. and darken the background + change the font color.

Turns out, all I had to was RTFM.
