Enhancement: Add HF Premium API key to demo so it has a full LLM to demo features #269

Title. Since HF api is now working, lets put it to use. Setup the demo to use an env/secrets key to access the HF API, and set HF to be the default for all demo uses.

Also will need to do the same for the embedding model setup.

Also if I do this, remove the persistent storage...
