Bugfix: fix saving results file + Checking existing files before creating a new transcription

Title. When generating a transcription, the resulting file should be saved with the name modified to have the whisper model used. This way, when a check is performed to see if the text already exists, it won't match unless the same whisper model was used, while allowing the user to keep txt copies of all transcripts/summaries.
