Enhancement: Add more workflows & Allow for selection of media for use with workflows #305

Title.

Besides adding more workflows, as a user, I should be able to select a media item for use with a workflow, where it may use an initial media item to generate the conversation. Quizzes, Tests, Study guides, etc.
