Download Video was always broken somewhat, and now 'Download Transcript' is fully broken.

Figure out why the json handling isn't working.

Download transcript is now working on both summarize.py and app.py

Video downloads working through a seperate tab.

Not going to add audio downloads for now. Added mention of projects to perform it much better, in a more robust fashion.
