Bug Fix: Change output shown on successful keyword Add to indicate 'Success in adding Keyword' #39

Issue title. Output shown on successful keyword Add / Deletion should be changed to indicate 'Success in adding Keyword' or 'Failurein adding Keyword'.

It currently shows the number of keywords now present after adding a keyword, instead of some sort of success message.
