Ability to review anki decks

Ability to generate decks has been added. Ability to modify decks is partially in.

I've added successful parsing of apkg and anki json files, should probably add parsing of csv... Will add strucutered generation soon, with the ability to select a media item or mutliple ones as a source of content/as well as just having you be able to dump in what you want manually via text.
