Setup a website where a user may be able to browse & download prompts.
The user should be able to upload their DB, and select X prompts to be ingested into it en masse.
The user should then be able to download the updated DB from the website.
Website should have user login + profile information to allow for sharing/dissemination of prompts/prompt DBs to allow for easy sharing.
