feat: save BAHIS version

Description

sending the BAHIS version number at login to save the BAHIS version number in the database

@ChasNelson1990 Why are there lots of changes and commits in this PR that was approved in the previous PR? In this PR I have changed only one file.

There were some weird conflicts with the development branch. I pulled them in as a merge and it's fine now.
