Implement Docker

Check to see if it's worth containerizing this project so that we run both Django API and React at the same time for this site

Here's a blog post when to use and not use docker.

Pros of implementing Docker:

• For a flexible production team to build with you - For right now this positive doesn't apply
• Software running on different environments - I don't think that this applies right now because there's only one developer
• Software consists of many parts
• Scalability (Handle more users)
• Hosting infrastructure - if you want to change and adapt more quickly
• Testing new technology on your program

Cons of implementing Docker:

• It's a Desktop application - Ghost Pants Blog is a Web application so this negative doesn't apply
• It's small and simple project with few dependencies
• Development team is only 1 developer (aka no need for multiple enviornments) - True in my case
• Looking to speed up your application (Docker has added on overhead which hinders speed vs vitual machines)
• Development team are mostly MacBook users - True for now
• Doesn't know how to use Docker properly - True for now
