Workshop — Energia Fails to Compile Against MSP432 RED #31

On Windows 10, Energia fails to compile against the RED LaunchPad w/ MSP432 EMT from version 5.6.1.

Switching to deprecated LaunchPad w/ MSP432 EMT from version 3.8.1 solved the issue.
