Remember these points:

- they are not in any way dependent on natural language
- they are not linear or hierarchical, but more akin to a modeless system
- they should be able to detect context changes in the input they receive

Include prompts to remind the user what they can do.
How to handle null enquiries, i.e. texts without keyword prompts in them.

Done some work on the "hello". Now forking the user journey - conversation or help.
