Instructions to create custom Firefox profile #149

A custom profile allows customizing Firefox that is used when tests are run. It can be used, for example, to disable offline mode which disallows running tests when there is no network connection.

Janne has already started writing the documentation into CustomFirefoxProfile wiki page.

imho this looks sufficient as a first version, I think that users should be able to create their own profiles based on this.

Added also a note that we ship a profile with the library starting from 2.5
