Updating branch of rosbridge_suite to 'develop' vs missing 'hydro-devel' #22

There is no 'hydro-devel' branch in the rosbridge_suite repo so this is breaking when compiling from source in indigo. Here is a small change to use the 'develop' branch instead, which allows the installation of rocon from source to succeed.

Dylan I just dropped the rosbridge-suite reference in 480e61b154a02bb30e49c4b86ac00c908ec655f9. It's now available as a deb and it was only in the rosinstall because it wasn't yet bloomed at that time.
