Kinetic rosinstall needs to be updated #41

Per the Qt5 fix here for Kinetic: https://github.com/robotics-in-concert/rocon_qt_gui/commit/d774fef748be43fb77fdcab7264f2ac833bae4c2

The rosinstall for kinetic points to a now fairly old version of rocon_qt_gui. It would be great to either:

  1. Have the rosinstall point to kinetic-devel
  2. Make a new release branch for rocon_qt_gui and point the rosinstall to that.

If there is one of these options you all prefer, I'm happy to submit a PR.
