Changing Gears Animation #44

I was trying to get the gear animation to work on Left Hand Cars and Right Hand Cars but I don't seem to find the issue when it comes to checking for the Right Hand Cars, if you could help make it work I would appreciate it! https://file.io/kYqsR90Y3iFS
