[FEATURE] Students Guide updates #663

4.1 On the home panel - change "Promoted" title to "Student Guide Highlights"

4.2 I love the locked top and scroll screen ("snack") but, for me the Titles (like "Socializing", "Excersize", etc) are clipped. I am using largest font in accessibility on Android.

4.3 Can we sort the entries on the 1st panel by "category" then "section" please so that "Academic support" would be 1st, followed by "Career" etc and then within "Academic support", "Books" would be 1st and "Writing help" would be last?

4.4 JSON file - in "id":"safer.illinois_07" the "title" and "description" are in Latin ("Lorem..."). This item should use the content in the attached file (lorem_fix.xlsx)
