[FEATURE] Update label for requesting data from MHC #680

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users can press the "Request my latest test again" button in Health History to request McKinley resend. McKinley has updated the process on their end to include vaccine data be sent (if the user has set permissions for Health Provider Vaccine Data).

The label for that button should be updated to include vaccine data.

Describe the solution you'd like The "Request my latest test again" should be changed to "Request my vaccine and latest test again"
