1.1 Safer 2.11 as per our call:

1.1.1 Hide ability to set a Vaccine Taken event in Debug

1.1.2 Use the Vaccine Effective event date (in the future) for the middle state of the Vaccine widget

1.1.3 Do not show a button on the middle state Vaccine widget

1.1.4 Do show will be effective after from the Vaccine Effective event date (in the future) for the middle state of the Vaccine widget
