1.5.1 Does Safer Illinois have the Emergency widget capability?
1.5.2 Can the emergency widget be configured so that it's popup appears before the home panel or before onboarding and does not allow the user to progress any further? (Closing it closes the app)
1.5.3 Can a URL link be placed in the emergency widget popup for iOS and a different one for Android?
1.5.4 If the above is true then we will want to put the app store/play store links in for UIUC and some description about Safer being retired. It is highly likely we will retire Safer Illinois and we want to be able to stop people using it and point them to the UIUC app.
1.5.5 If the above is not true then please implement this.
