[BUG] Android: Browser does not start for devices with API level >= 30 #756

Describe the bug Browser does not start when user tries to sign in. This is observed on devices with API level >= 30

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Make fresh install of the app. Open it
  2. Click on 'Get Started' ->'Next'
  3. Select 'University student' and hit 'Confirm'
  4. Hit 'Log in with NetID'

Expected behavior Browser opens and user signs in successfully

Actual behavior Browser does not open for devices with API level >= 30

Fixed in version 2.12.7
