Arbitrage: Logging Refactor for debugging

Rename log files and directories so that it is easier to find different bot runs. Ex.

• Different directories for Test exchange runs, Dry runs, Production runs
• Have log filenames include a bot's config_id

Separate log files for different content. Ex. Create a custom loglevel and filter out all messages from say, fcf_autotrageur into a separate file.
