Overhaul of in-game text focusing on consumable items #523

Fixes for broken line returns, typos, grammar, etc.
Tweaked various item descriptions for consistency.
Tweaked various item descriptions to make them more GMS-like.
Added description of item effects in tooltips for Heartstopper and Smore.
Changed description of Sunrise Dew to indicate 4050 MP recovery (was 4000).
Various minor edits to text relating to quests and dialogue.
