Remove x from filtered header in mobile #105

I believe we removed the close pane button ("x") from the header of filtered panes is desktop because there is a tendency to hit it when you really just want to undo the filter. We should do this on mobile too, where I find myself doing it a lot, because I'm using the buttons in place of keyboard shortcuts.

Hmm...it appears we don't do this on desktop. We do however remove the x when the "show filters" is dropped down...Should consider this though.
