Long Instance Names #106

Long instance names are truncated with "...". We should probably make the truncation length a function of the pane width. Also, the full name should be obtainable on mouseover, in some fashion, whether as an alt-text, or marquee, or whatever.

As of right now, they appear to be truncated too short for the typical pane width.
