Instance "personal" in private messages should be case insensitive #69

Occasionally I am getting messages of the form "Chat with foo [PERSONAL]" because Roost is detecting an instance different from "personal" and displaying it. This detection should not be case sensitive.

Is this true of every instance within message, or just personal?
