Customizable subscription colors #79

Add some way of customizing the header color of each subscription. Zulip has this. Probably integrate this with subscription UI.

I'm thinking both header color AND text color (white or black as options only). This way folks can go with a dark theme if they want to. These are the options Google Calendar provides.

That sounds like a good plan to me.
