Mobile accidental button hits while scrolling #88

I'm noticing a lot of accidental button triggers (reply and narrow) while scrolling on mobile.

You're going to kill me. Now I can't seem to successfully trigger any buttons, period.

You can't? Try it again; the buttons are definitely harder to press than they should be.

Still can't. I mean even things like "Bottom" and "Compose Message". I can get the buttons to light up as if it knows I'm pressing them (that seems to have gotten even easier after you told me to try it again), but no matter what I do it won't execute the desired action. I've tried basically every button (narrowing, replying/quoting, filters, bottom/compose, etc.). The only ones that work are the PM and new pane buttons in the top bar.

I hate mobile touch development so, so much. But the rewrite in b5988f0 should fix this.
