Subs/Zsig panel behaving oddly #95

Found several issues with the new panel:

Clicking any of the main buttons (add zsig, add sub, or OK) all close the panel.
Adding a zsig doesn't work.
Removing a subscription doesn't work.
Clicking the name of a class doesn't open a pane with that class like it used to.

Yea I think this library vex is causing a lot of the problems. Nothing seems to work after you open it the first time and make changes, and it's doing some funky stuff wrapping our settings area into a form. It's also applying a bunch of styling that's conflicting/overriding ours.

I'm going to try and make our settings panel a real thing, with more options and a better interface.
