Really large zephyrs cause a situation where you scroll down through your messages and then get teleported back a ways, rinse and repeat. Kata figured out that this is because the message gets removed and the view doesn't shift as much as calculated (doing so would require passing a loading point), causing the scroll-up correction to overcorrect.
