Add FLIR-AX5 Camera #176

Added a config file + changed the launch file and README to support the Teledyne FLIR-AX5 series camera. Here's the specific camera I was using: https://www.flir.com/products/a65/?vertical=rd%20science&segment=solutions

Great PR, in particular updates to the docs! Python formatting failed. Please "rebase" the PR I filed against your branch. That should fix the test failures and we are good to merge this one. If you get this done within the next few hours we may make the sync cutoff for Humble!
