release #8

need a new release with #6 included

Maybe wait for #7 and #9 gets fixed.

@bit-pirate I pushed an 0.1.1 with just the namespacing change (I have some launch files that add additional nodelets to the pipeline, and so it's been causing some pain here having different nodelet manager names in source vs debs).

As soon as we completely sort out the hardware vs. software registration, I'll push another release.
