Add the capability to reset and retrieve duration stats. #32

This pull request is done to be able to retrieve the duration statistics of every state. Then, a server can concatenate every data to make big stats !

I create a running status for the states.

@JBot, my apologies for not responding to this sooner. Are you still willing to work through this PR? It looks pretty straight-forward, so I'm inclined to accept.

With the switch to Boost Meta-State machines, this is no longer valid.
