configuring to use with MoveIt #10

few changes to enable grasping with MoveIt!

@vrabaud and @keulYSMB thank you for your comments in nao_dcm_robot, nao_virtual and nao_moveit_config. Now, it is much better, could you please accept these three pull requests ? I've tested it with the real Nao and it was grasping! and not shaking
