There is no dependency on this package anymore

if this dependency is removed, all the plugins from this package should be removed from the gazebo urdfs: (c.f. https://github.com/ros-naoqi/nao_robot/blob/master/nao_description/urdf/naoV40_generated_urdf/naoGazebo.xacro#L6-L70)
