Resolves: #21

I have split off the rolling branch into a galactic branch, before merging these changes. (Not that I seriously support foxy and galactic, but I want to learn best practices for maintaining older distros)
Removes foxy and galactic support on the rolling branch
Uses new vision_msgs/Point2D as replacement for the geometry_msgs/Point msg that is being used.
