Release soccer_interfaces into ROS ecosystem. Release repository has already been created on ros2-gbp: https://github.com/ros2-gbp/soccer_interfaces-release

ijnek commented 2 years ago

This was merged in https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/32786#event-6449520612, and is already available in the ROS2 Rolling Testing Repo.
