ros-dashing missing packet #812

Hi,

the packet ros-dashing/rosidl_typesupport_connext_cpp is missing but it is required by ros-dashing/rosidl_typesupport_cpp-0.7.1-r1

@paoloach that's likely due to missing dependencies. Unfortunately, I have not yet had time to get the ament eclass working for ROS 2 (due to the many differences between ament and catkin).

I also need to introduce some logic into superflore to allow these different typesupport settings as USE flags.

I'd be super grateful for any help with the eclass, if you have time! Otherwise, I'd suggest building from source instead.

unfortunately I never play with eclass and so I can't be useful.
