Sorry for the delay in responding to this. I've had a first look at the PR and I think we can cherry pick some of the database additions. Firstly, the PR shouldn't contain changes from files changed in release 0.4.4. Secondly, for the actual language data:

I cleaned up the status and validity a bit more to be in align with the processes of the project, but otherwise have taken over your suggestions. Note that we are using autonym
s , as a rule of thumb, as the name and spelling of the language in that orthography. Where none is available it can be omitted, so I have removed autonyms that were written in scripts other than the orthography.
