Updated character sets for Mingrelian, Laz and Svan languages:
Added lowercase letters to Mingrelian, Laz, Svan
Corrected the sequence of the letters
Updated the design requirement text
Figured out Laz characters ჳ/უ̂, they were used interchangeably
