Thanks @mahalisyarifuddin for this very detailed PR, the data looks very good! I've merged this into the dev branch and this will be released with the next version.
We are still reviewing if to include Batak and Balinese scripts as primary still — the technical difference of this would be that a font supporting only the Batak/Balinese (not the Latin) would still show as supporting the language — whereas with secondary those scripts will get skipped unless the CLI is used with a special flag.
As for the "auxiliary" vowel mark in your comment. I've opted to add it as mark, which would make it required. If we explicitly want to make it auxiliary, the way to mark this in the data would be to include it as a (or all possible) base + mark combination in auxiliary. Please let me know if you feel this would be more appropriate and what such a combination would be.
