The representation of the Ṵ `U+1E74` is wrong (looks like Ũ `U+0168`) #76

This is an issue with Noto, apparently, as it seems correctly represented in the database.

This was actually a issue in the Noto Sans fonts that has been fixed since. The fonts Hyperglot uses are now updated and the Ṵ should display correctly.
