Add mostly Burkina Faso languages #97

This adds a few languages, mostly from Burkina Faso and a couple others using the letter ɦ.

There were a couple of typos in the names of the attributes "speakers" and "speakers_date" I had filled in before. There was a typo in the Byali base. Those are fixed.
