As discussed in #1 , change the name of rotary-utils to spokewrench, to avoid issues with hyphens and underscores.
@LeeBergstrand After this PR is merged to develop, I recommend that we merge develop to master. I can then cleanly change the GitHub repo name from rotary-genomics/rotary-utils to rotary-genomics/spokewrench, and the tool install shown in the README should then work. If we want to make further changes to develop, I think we should wait to merge this PR until we are ready to merge develop to master. (Otherwise the install breaks, and the tool becomes difficult to test.)
