I expect there is limited interest in supporting Windows, but it doesnt appear to have been discussed in this SCM. I personally have no reason for requesting it, except that I have a package which allows using urlgrabber, and I am diagnosing its current status at https://github.com/jayvdb/anyhttp/issues/13 .
