Error in Fit Models #6

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue as a previous user:

Fit models.

Error in while (abs(logLik[iter] - logLik[iter - 1]) > eps & iter < iter_stop) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed Calls: moaims -> fitEM -> em1S Execution halted

I tried setting var_init=10 but it did not fix the issue, neither did var_init=20. Do you have any advice?

Could you send me the files of 'bininfo.tsv' and 'bincounttsv' in the 'intermediate' folder by email so I can help check?

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I sent you the files over email a couple of days ago but I am unsure if you received them. If you haven't received them, maybe they are in your spam folder? Let me know if there was an issue and I can send them again.
