Make adjustment for media

User story:

As a user coming from different media I want to see a responsive layout So that i can enjoy the application on whatever media I use

Description

Create versions of the HTML and CSS for display on various media. As the design is quite simple, we will probably only need a small screen(mobile phone) and all others Home screen displayed in #25 is a display of wider screen Below is a mobile screen example Image
