Feature request: Use renv to manage R package versions #51

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Related to #50: I am currently unable to render the website. This could be due to different versions of R packages between my machine and whoever built the website last, but I have no way to verify.

Describe the solution you'd like Use renv to maintain package versions (i.e., create an renv.lock file with all package versions documented).

Describe alternatives you've considered Docker could also work.
