Latest Release, crash on Finding original heights #44

After executing the Treecrowns module, a crash occurs indicating a failure to read from the crowns raster, the main application progress bar indicates: "Crowns: Finding original top heights...." progress shows 70%. Crowns raster does exist. Tested twice on 64bit Windows 8, and once on 64bit Windows 10 with same error. treetops_crash_on_find_originalheights

Note to self: Originates in one of the read/write methods in Raster, probably due to a column/row mismatch.
