Treetops is an improvement upon a treetop-delineation algorithm developed by Rob Skelly at the University of Victoria's Hyperspectral and LiDAR Research Group, led by Dr. K. Olaf Niemann, funded jointly by Terra Remote Sensing Inc. and the University of Victoria.
